A national, non-profit healthcare organization in the Denver Tech Center has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative. If you want to work alongside vibrant and passionate people while making the world of healthcare a better place, this is the company for you! Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing professional customer service to medical offices (medical professionals and office staff), members, group administrators, etc.
Adheres to call audit guidelines and achieves operational expectations with departmental metrics
Documents and maintains records of their calls
Escalates calls as appropriate following internal guidelines and processes
Responsible for researching issues in order to respond appropriately and accurately to claim related question
Other duties and projects as requested / assigned

Requirements:

Prior healthcare or call center experience preferred
Proficient computer skills and data entry skills
Excellent customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Research skills and attention to detail
Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate
