Working in downtown Denver Ready to Work is a facility, program, shelter, hope, and opportunity for the homeless to rebuild their life. This unique program for the homeless was brought to Boulder, Colorado in 2015 by Isabel McDevitt who was then Executive Director and now CEO of Bridge House in Boulder, Colorado. By limiting single-room availability residents have an incentive to do their very best while a resident of the Ready to Work program. When a resident of Ready to Work Boulder gets this far the room also become stepping stones for when the resident graduates and moves into their own residence.
