Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Own basic hand tools as the job requires, and have a desire to learn.
Comply with ALL SAFETY RULES.

Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
Good communication skills

Qualifications Desired:
HVAC 1 to 2+ years installation experience preferred.
Able to work independently
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
