Job Description

As a Sales Producer at this Allstate Agency you will receive incoming calls and make outbound calls to generate appointments and market insurance products. Your job is to hunt for sales and educate customers on their insurance needs. You will be producing insurance sales through a number of avenues: networking, receiving leads through direct marketing and warm/hot leads that call into our agency to receive quotes. Sales Producers at the will experience daily trainings to help improve your confidence and sales ability to ensure you're helping customers in the best ways possible. As a Sales Producer you have the unique opportunity to help customer protect their biggest assets. We're looking for those who are licensed or those who aren't. License isn't the deciding factor, fit within the company culture is. Client will help unlicensed candidates obtain their PC License.

Job Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Solicits for new insurance customers via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Maintain knowledge of new Allstate insurance products.
Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management
Job Requirements

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Create relationships from a cold start.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Genuine interest in insurance products and customers.

Professional phone etiquette.
Must be comfortable with earning commissions to achieve total salary.

Salary: $30,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year OTE

Experience:

sales: 1 year (Preferred)
License:

Property and Casualty License (Preferred)
