POSITION SUMMARY
The Quick Service Restaurant Manager assists in overseeing and coordinating the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service/satisfaction, quality, and cleanliness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guest Engagement, Service & Hospitality
o Leader of customer service, setting the example and expectation for all team members
o Coach team members toward a friendly and efficient customer experience
o Fills in as needed to ensure excellent guest service and efficient operations
• Employee Management
o Interview, hire, and train new team members
o Create and effectively communicate schedules to team members
o Assign team members' shift responsibilities
o Assist in staff performance, ensuring appropriate product knowledge and comprehension of store tools, systems, and protocols
o Help achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, and cleanliness by creating a positive and productive work environment
o Ordering and inventory
o Accountable for end of shift closing cash procedures

QUALIFICATIONS
o Proficient knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
o Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
o 1 - 2 years restaurant supervisory experience
o Must be able to pass a 10 -year TSA mandated background check to qualify for employment
