Ready to Work is a facility, program, shelter, hope, and opportunity for the homeless to rebuild their life. This unique program for the homeless was brought to Boulder, Colorado in 2015 by Isabel McDevitt who was then Executive Director and now CEO of Bridge House in Boulder, Colorado. By limiting single-room availability residents have an incentive to do their very best while a resident of the Ready to Work program. When a resident of Ready to Work Boulder gets this far the room also become stepping stones for when the resident graduates and moves into their own residence.

Other resources for the homeless or for organizations that assist the homeless are also available such as Step13's vehicle donation program that helps Step13 in Denver with its core mission of guiding homeless men down a path away from homelessness as well as 12-Step recovery meetings across Colorado for those who are actively seeking or maintaining sobriety.
