Entry-Level Recruiter in Luxury Office Building

A leading national provider of oil and gas, mining, transportation, and power solutions/maintenance is looking for recruiters to support its customers. You will assist with executing the recruiting strategy to identify and recruit experienced labor nationwide for our customers. Responsible for identifying, screening, and interviewing skilled-labor nationwide. The individual will be an expert in creative sourcing strategies and can work in a fun environment balancing multiple openings nationwide.
Key Deliverables:
-Creatively source candidates via diverse strategies including networking, social media, community organizations, cold calling, internet research, colleges, events, and other means.
-Screen candidates for a good fit, availability, interest level and basic qualifications.
-Excellent time-management and organizational skills is required.
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet multiple deadlines under pressure while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Technical Proficiencies:
-Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Apple Product experience is preferred but not required.
Key Details:
-Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (weekends off).
-Full-time, Direct-Hire, W-2 position.
-Compensation: base salary + commission (paid weekly, every Friday).
