Job description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Renovation Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to renovation projects, including demolition, carpentry, painting, and general repairs under the supervision of the renovation supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:
Must be insurable with a clean driving record
• Perform demolition and removal of debris from renovation sites
• Assist with carpentry tasks such as measuring, cutting, and installing materials
• Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as directed
• Assist in the installation of drywall, insulation, and other building materials
• Assist with the installation of electrical wiring, fixtures, and appliances
• Assist with the installation of plumbing fixtures and pipes
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Enter daily notes and photos into software system

Job Requirement & Expectations
Ability to comfortably handle basic power & hand tools to cut, shape, and install materials.
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills- text, call, email
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and willing to take on additional tasks as needed
Must be able to use simple software programs and google calendar
Follow instructions from the supervisor and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Assist with any and all tasks as assigned
Must be able to load and unload materials and equipment.
Maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace.
