Started in 2010 by a husband and wife combo who envisioned a better way to do auto hail repair, StormWise has experienced 5x growth in 2023 and is positioned to continue expanding for several years to come. The bodyshop in Lakewood was purchased in March of this year, renovated in June, and the launch has been highly successful. We have wonderful people who work for us, and want to add to our High-Producing, yet Easy-to-Work with existing staff.

Our hail cars feed our Auto Body Shop, and due to our spectacular marketing team and tons of 5-star reviews, there will be no shortage of work any time soon. We are already booked out 3 months and that has stayed steady since opening the doors on this newly-renovated shop.

We are looking for techs with a vision. Smart, driven, and who want to be the best. Techs that want to be foreman, managers, and owners. We aren’t looking for parts changers or “yes” men. We want techs we can send to advanced training. Techs we can show the inner workings of a successful small business, and who want to grow with a like-minded team.

We shoot Sikkens line waterborne, and our paint work is phenomenal. ???? We have a seasoned painter who’s a very hard worker and is not a Prima Donna.

EARNING POTENTIAL:

Flag hours, therefor fast and hardworking techs earn the most. Our current A-tech who’s exiting shortly has been turning 90-100 easily with no after hours or weekend work. A strong B-tech will take home 70-80 easily, with more and more to come.

We are doing easy express jobs for hail and minor collision repair (think new hoods, rails, roof replacements). Starting at $24/hour or more shows we are SERIOUS about wanting the best. Reviews at 30/60/90 days to earn raises, and longevity bonuses at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 1 year.

Paid Time off accumulates at an aggressive rate (we believe in the importance of taking time off for family and personal reasons). NO WEEKEND WORK REQUIRED unless the tech simply 'wants' to come in to finish things off so they can be paid out.

Again and we have PLENTY of roof replacements, hoods, roof rails from hail to ensure an A-Tech or strong B can be busy, happy, and make great money.

Duties:
•Work with office staff to review repair orders to ensure vehicles are being brought back to pre-accident condition
•Blue print repairs with estimator during tear down to ensure a thorough repair estimate
•Inspect areas to be painted for repair, prepping and/or buffing defects
•Keep work area and shop clean, all parts on parts carts (not on floor)
•Remain mindful of materials cost & waste, but we will always do what is necessary to produce an excellent repair product for our customers
•Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor

•Requirements:
•Auto Body Repair experience - 4 years minimum, A-Tech Status or strong B Needed
•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
•Must be a team player and have a GREAT attitude and be focused on his work in front of him rather that worrying about everything else.
•Maintain a valid driver’s license
•Excellent communication and customer service skills, as techs do at times have to communicate with customers or insurance adjusters to explain repair needs
•Be a team player who works well with others, as well as a leader in the shop
•Be detail-oriented and take pride in one’s work
•I-Car Certification (Gold)
•ASE Certification (Preferred)
•Job Type: Full-time M-F NO WEEKEND WORK

Salary: Flag hours, likely income to exceed $120,000 per year. Starts at $24/hour with a guarantee starting out based on work history
