Ideal CARSTAR Northglenn is a seeking a Production Manager to join our team

Responsibilities:

~Provide leadership and direction to move vehicles through repair process

~Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times with all staff
~Ensure company operating procedures are followed
~Perform in process quality control checks to ensure company standards are met, repairs are properly completed, and OEM repair procedures are followed.
~Access Alldata, and OEM web sites for repair procedures
~Accountability for meeting and improving on customer satisfaction targets
~Achieve and maintain best practices and lean activities as directed by business strategy
~Achieve budget sales and cost targets weekly, monthly and annually
~Proficient in writing estimates to support estimating team

Must have at least 3-5 years experience in body shop industry.
