We are a custom sign company, providing manufacturing and installation services to businesses in the Rocky Mountain Region. We are a small, friendly company with a fast paced yet informal relaxed atmosphere. We have an excellent reputation in our industry because of excellent service over a long period of time.

We are looking for an experienced Fabricator, who will be responsible for fabricating many types of signs and custom products. Every project we handle is unique, different, challenging, and requires a high level of fabrication skills.

HOURS:
This is a full-time position with potential for some overtime (40+ hrs.)
Typical hours are from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Thurs and 8:00am-2:00pm Friday.
Must be able to start work early, work late, or work weekends as needed.

EXPECTATIONS:
Must be quality minded, have a positive attitude, and be open to constructive criticism to better improve internal systems or your own skill set.
Must be dedicated and take pride in your work from start to end.
Must have attention to detail and have problem solving skills.
Must be able to read shop drawings.
Must be able to collaborate in and or lead projects as needed.
Must be able to keep work areas clean, safe, organized.
Must be able to maintain equipment.
Must be able to communicate well with coworkers (electronically and verbally)
Must be able to work in an efficient and productive pace with limited supervision (keep to schedule & work as needed to complete projects on-time)
Have or be willing to obtain osha training, forklift, etc.
Must be able to safely operate standard hand tools, power tools, and various types of fabrication equipment.
Must own or be willing to invest in own hand and power tools.
Must have good understanding of simple math including decimals.
Must be accurate in facets of fabrication (measure twice, cut once mentality).
Must be able to help with installations in the field as needed.
Must be able to work on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts as needed.
POSITIVES FOR STRONG CONSIDERATION:
Previous signage or custom fabrication experience (Minimum 1 years).
OSHA training / welding certifications.
Experience in electrical & wiring.
Experience MIG welding various metal types (Aluminum and Steel)

Compensation depends on experience and training requirements.
