Small, casual family owned business seeking a full - time Customer Service-Office Support Person
We are fortunate to be busy and need to fill this position immediately.

Bilingual English/Spanish Helpful

Responsibilities include:
• Understanding our customers, products, and processes.
• Answering phones, taking messages, give customers product information and pricing while logging details of all calls.
• Receiving orders from customers, generating delivery invoices, and submitting deliveries to be scheduled.
• Getting and giving directions to job sites.
• Communicating with other VCP employees verbally and in writing about products, projects, and driver availability/status.
• Greeting people who come into office (Deliveries, Vendors, Customers and assisting them)

Support other employees on the team with organizing, efiling, filing, research,
document generation, reservations and etc.

Successful candidate must have:
• A strong work ethic and desire to work at a smaller company in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Strong customer service skills (especially confidence on the phone).
• At least 1 years office clerical experience.
• Computer skills including:
o Microsoft Office, with basic-level knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
o File Management.
• Good attendance required.


Compensation and Benefits:
Monday - Friday Schedule, set schedule.
• Casual office.
• Eligible for attendance bonus immediately upon hire. Eligible to accrue sick pay upon hire.
• Health insurance, dental insurance and other benefits available after probationary period.
• 401(k) plan eligible after 1 year.
