Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant to join our fleet department. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and organized. Not a typical sales/office position. There will be in office and out of office responsibilities.
Usual schedule is Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm.
Duties:
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing and printing sales contracts
- Moving vehicles/paperwork from the dealership to customers
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
Experience/Skills:
- Previous experience in an assistant or customer service role is preferred. Experience in the auto industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Computer skills, experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
What are the requirements for this job?
- Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience; demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization and follow-up skills
