#Denver Property Maintenance Assistant Needed

Local landlord with several commercial properties in Denver and Commerce City is looking for someone to assist with property maintenance for 20 - 30 hours per week (April - September).

Duties will include:
1) Landscape Maintenance / Mowing
2) Weed removal.
3) Trash pickup
4) Power washing (Buildings and Parking Lots)

Pay: $25 / Hour (25 - 30 hours per week)

Requirements:
1) Must have own car or truck for transportation to job sites.
2) Clean criminal record.
3) No drug use.
4) Hard worker with a "can do" attitude.
