arc Thrift Stores is currently seeking Merchandizing/Marketing. As a Merchandizing/Marketing you will play a key role assisting the Assistant Merchandising Manager in implementing Halloween distribution and marketing activities to optimize sales in the stores, providing customer service to our arc Thrift Store customers and building customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the receiving, sorting, and distribution of new Halloween merchandise and carry-over
• Assist and works with the Assistant Merchandise Manager to meet the needs of the Halloween business; including the interpretation of distribution sheets, data entry and inventory control
• Will assist in new store set up
• Partners with all members of the marketing team to ensure the execution of Halloween merchandise and marketing projects are met.

Qualifications:
• Retail store operations experience
• Attention to detail
• Effective team building
