#Denver Maintenance Person Wanted

Downtown Denver-based property Management Company (Market Street Management) is looking for a full-time maintenance person to help maintain the portfolio of properties under contract. Our company focuses on property management of commercial, residential and mixed use condominium associations in the downtown corridor. Preferred candidate must possess keen attention to detail and exhibit excellent customer service skills. Duties will include daily round of the property to remove litter, debris, etc. from the grounds and common spaces of the property, check and replace lighting as necessary, perform routine maintenance, complete minor and routine service requests and perform additional duties as may be assigned. Candidate must have a valid driver's license. Company truck provided. We offer competitive health benefits package including health, dental and vision at employees cost Company cell phone provided. The ideal successful candidate will possess a positive attitude in joining our family-oriented company in building a great future! 1 year of experience is required.
