NOW HIRING: EVENING (3pm-11pm) Department Lead

Dream Books Co. is thrilled to announce an exceptional opportunity for driven individuals to join our team as a Department Lead. While we encourage entry-level candidates to apply, we are particularly interested in individuals with prior experience who are motivated to take on leadership roles. As a Department Lead, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with essential leadership skills and prepare you for success in various departments. This position offers a full-time schedule and is based in Denver.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory; our comprehensive on-the-job training ensures your success
  • Intermediate computer literacy, including word processing skills
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and meet the demands of the position (lifting 20-40 lbs)
  • Willing and capable of learning how to use a pallet jack and forklift

Salary

  • Starting pay is $20.00 per hour
