Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Property Management Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our property manager to oversee various aspects of property management, including coordinating cleaners, ordering supplies, managing calendars, handling maintenance invoices, and communicating with guests.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and update property calendars to ensure accurate booking information.
- Coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure properties are prepared for guest arrivals.
- Order and manage inventory of supplies for properties.
- Log and organize maintenance invoices for accounting purposes.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with guests regarding their reservations and any inquiries they may have.
- Occasionally work onsite at properties and assist with deliveries of supplies.

Requirements:

- Reliable transportation (car) for occasional onsite work and supply deliveries.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and knowledge (email, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with invoicing is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
