#Denver Roofing Repair Tech Needed

We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. The Repair Technician will be responsible for performing repairs on roofs and various structures. This position requires strong ability to work on roofs, 24-32 ft ladders. This hands on role that requires expertise in roofing or carpentry. Sheet metal flashing over fascia. Install chimney caps, caulking exteriors, working with galvanized steel hardware cloth screening attic vents, gable vents and roof vents. Animal proofing porches, shed. To prevent animals getting into homes and various building structures . Residential and commercial . Duties:
- Perform roof repairs and other repairs to structures
- Building and construction repairs
- Sheet metal flashing
- Galvinzed steel flashing
- Install chimney caps or chimney screens
- Working with 24-32 ft ladders. Sometimes 40 ft ladder with 2 techs .
- Repairs and fabrication.
- Caulking and sealing
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine repair needs
- Utilize power tools and other equipment to complete repairs
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and materials used in our software system.

Removing insulation , installing new insulation.

Set live animal cages, pick up small animals for relocation .You will be trained on this procedure.

Skills:
- Strong technical skills in roof and building repairs, Carry and setting up ladders for use.
- Comfortable working alone with ladders up to 32 ft and not afraid of heights.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with the ability to diagnose issues effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients
